Lulu opens new express store in Barsha South, Dubai

20^th February, Dubai—Lulu, the largest hypermarket chain in the region, further strengthened its presence in the cosmopolitan city of Dubai with the grand opening of Lulu Express Fresh Market in Barsha South. The newly launched store, which has increased Lulu’s global store count to 188, was inaugurated by H.E. Omar Hamad Abdulla BuShahab, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Economy, in the presence of Mr. Yusuff Ali M.A., Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group, government dignitaries, and Lulu officials.

While the larger hypermarket located in the same vicinity has been serving shoppers for 13 years now, the new shopping destination in Lulu’s Express store format is a great addition to Al Barsha’s growing community. It is located opposite Nord Anglia International School. Even the residents within Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai Hills and Motor City can now benefit from the world-class shopping experience that Lulu has to offer. Tourists travelling around popular parks like Dubai’s Miracle Garden and Butterfly Garden will be served as well.
